The hotel has a good pool. Great location within walking distance from most of Førde downtown. Close to shops, riverside walks, hiking trails, local restaurants, and a shopping center. Double rooms come equipped with climate control, a work desk, and a TV. Great breakfast options with ready-made plates and various toppings for bread.

Large and absolutely perfect rooms with view of a muddy back yard as well as a king size bed, extremely helpful staff. Overall very good breakfast with different toppings for bread and exelent food, as example and EXCELLENT service.

Reception unfriendly and listless. The lady didn't know the answer to the question about the dinner in the hotel and possible reservation, we should ask directly in the restaurant. Impersonal also the rooms, long dark corridors and typical motel equipment. . Not anymore, and anyway, Forde isn't worth it anyway, so keep going.

Property was well-run, I loved the stay.
I had a standard family twin room included with the bathroom and a king size bed. Having a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, and bath sheets was a bonus. Its location to Ålesund area was unbeatable and lovely.

The staff here are friendly all the time and the twin room I stayed in has been recently renovated and is spacious.

The rooms are comfortable and have a reasonable size. Parking is free. The evening buffet was very good and with 295 NOK almost cheap. Good breakfast from 6 o'clock.
There was a disco in the basement, which was extremely loud from 10 o'clock. But I was able to get another room.
